The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the notification for the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2023. The CMAT-2023 is a national level entrance examination that facilitates AICTE-affiliated/participating institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission to management courses in such institutions.
Eligible candidates can apply online for the CMAT 2023 from the website cmat.nta.nic.in starting from February 13, 2023. The last date to register for the exam has been extended till March 13, 2022. All the details related to CMAT 2023 are given below.

What is CMAT 2023?
The CMAT 2023 is a computer-based online test that is conducted to evaluate the candidate’s ability across various segments like Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. The test is of three hours and the CMAT score is accepted by all AICTE-approved institutions/university departments/constituent colleges/affiliated colleges.

Step 1: Visit the official website
The first step is to visit the official website of CMAT 2023, which is cmat.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Register for CMAT 2023
Click on the “New Registration” link and provide your basic details such as name, mobile number, email ID, date of birth, and other necessary information. After submitting these details, a registration number and password will be generated, which will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
Step 3: Fill the application form
After registration, log in to your account using your registration number and password. Fill in the application form with your personal details, educational qualifications, and other required information. Make sure to double-check all the details before submitting the form.
Step 4: Upload scanned documents
After filling in the application form, you need to upload scanned copies of your recent photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned on the website. The photograph should be in JPEG format with a file size between 10kb to 200kb, and the signature should be in JPEG format with a file size between 4kb to 30kb.
Step 5: Pay the application fee
After uploading the documents, proceed to pay the application fee. The application fee for general male candidates is Rs. 2000/-, and for general female/ EWS/ SC/ ST/ PWD/ EWS/ Others candidates is Rs. 1000/-. The fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card, or net banking.
Step 6: Submit the application form
After completing the application fee payment, review all the details you have entered and submit the application form. Once submitted, you will not be able to make any changes in the form. After submission, take a printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.
Correction in Application Form
If you need to make any changes in the application form, you can do so during the correction window. The correction window will be open from March 14 to March 16, 2023.
